Will Larson, an active artist for over 20 years, has his studio in Austin Texas. He has several public art commissions in Texas, which were some of his earliest commissions as a professional sculptor. Will studied sculpture and public art first in San Antonio Texas, but continued his education at the Kansas City Art Institute under Professor Dale Eldred. In 1993, he received the bachelor of fine arts degree in sculpture.  After Graduating, Will was invited to study in Germany at the Hochschule für Bildende und Kunst in Braunschweig from 1994-96. Returning to Austin, Will pursued his passion for metalwork and in a few short years had established himself as a professional artist. He has since been involved in a wide variety of projects and commissions. He has also worked and collaborated with other sculptors, such as Bill Fitzgibbons, Bob Wade and Lars Stanley.
